1. Objectives
Enterpraise Community is a group formed by Christian volunteer entrepreneurs to operate a Contributory Scheme with the purpose of:
1Supporting and funding members’ ventures.
Growing our community collectively.
Promoting shared prosperity and doing good.
Focusing resources on entrepreneurs that bring great benefit to the group.

2. Membership
2.1 Eligibility
Membership is open to all individuals willing to participate in the community through ticket purchases and active contribution.
2.2 Membership Obligations
Members must maintain their monthly contributions to remain eligible for funding.
Members are expected to uphold honesty, commitment, and responsibility toward the community.
2.3 Termination of Membership
Members may terminate their membership at any time provided they do not owe the community.
Termination must be done in writing via email to: admin@enterpraise.co.
The request will be acknowledged within 3 working days.
All funds held in the community purse in form of membership fees will be refunded within 30 working days of confirmation.

3. Finance Policy
3.1Enterpraise Finance Policy
3.2 Funding Order: Disbursement is strictly First Come, First
Serve.
3.3 Monthly Disbursement: At least 25 members will be funded every 1st day of the month.
3.4 Funding Limit: Each member can access up to 10× the value of their total membership ticket(s).
3.5 Repayment Window: All funding must be repaid within 6 months – with ZERO interest.
3.6 Repayment Options: Repayment is strictly monthly, unless otherwise approved by the Funding Committee.
3.7 Membership Obligation: Beneficiaries must keep up with monthly contributions to remain eligible.
3.8 Bonuses & Rewards:
Members with up-to-date membership after 1 calendar year will receive 2× the value of their ticket(s) for the previous year in form of:
- Food Tokens
- Accommodation
- Clothing
- Transportation
- Mobile Data
- Discounts

4. Fund Recovery
Enterpraise reserves the right to legally recover any defaulted payments.
Recovery steps shall follow:
1. Reminder Notices for repayment.
2. Evidence of lack of commitment by the defaulting member.
3. Legal recovery measures to secure community funds.

5. Code of Conduct & Restrictions
Enterpraise does not fund:
- Gambling
- Controlled substances
- Prostitution
- Any illegal activities
Members are expected to act with integrity, responsibility, and commitment to the community’s goals.

6. Profit Sharing
Profits made by Enterpraise are distributed equally among members.
The community does not solicit funds publicly; contributions come only from members.

7. Management
7.1 Founder
The Founder is the convener of Enterpraise Community.
Holds veto rights and key decision-making authority, as long as the community fulfills its monthly funding obligations.
7.2 Co-Founders
Members who have maintained 1 year of membership and have no repayments owed become Co-Founders.
The Management Committee shall be selected from among Co-Founders.
7.3 Management Team
A Management Team shall be appointed by the Founder and may include:
Community Managers: Handle all member-to-member and member-to-management relations. These roles are announced first to existing members through job offers (members have the right of first refusal before outsiders may be considered).
Administrators
Finance Manager(s)
7.4 Committees
The Founder may constitute additional committees from time to time for specific purposes.
A Welfare Committee shall review and approve any termination of management team appointments.
7.5 Auditor
The community shall appoint Auditors who will work with the Finance Manager/Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting.
7.6 Remuneration & Termination
Members of the Management Team shall be paid a fair living wage, determined by market prices for the cost of living decently in Abuja, Nigeria.
Termination of management staff may only occur after careful consideration and approval by the Welfare Committee.

8. Community Growth Principle (The 90% Rule)
Enterpraise upholds the principle of Giving Back:
At least 90% of the community’s gains are reinvested into collective growth and development.
This continues until no member lacks support within the community.
Growth is measured by how many members transcend the status quo, even to the point of needing no finance.

9. Accountability
For the sake of transparency, Enterpraise shall furnish all members with monthly financial reports of all transactions.
Reports shall be sent directly to members’ registered emails.

10. Amendments to Bylaws
These bylaws may be reviewed and amended by the Funding Committee and approved by majority member consent.
Updates will be communicated to all members promptly.
